Delivery Policy
Pick up: For same-day flower pickups, we kindly request orders to be placed at least 2 hours prior to our closing time. This allows us ample time to prepare your beautiful arrangements, ensuring they are ready for your pickup before we close for the day.
Same-Day Delivery: Regrettably, our delivery services are currently limited to North Vancouver (V7G, V7H, V7J, V7K, V7L, V7M, V7N, V7P, and V7R) and West Vancouver (V7S, V7V, and V7T) areas only. For same-day flower delivery, please place your order at least 2 hours before our closing time. This timeframe allows us to efficiently process and dispatch your bouquet, ensuring prompt delivery on the very same day.
Requested Delivery Times: If you have a specific delivery time preference, kindly note it in your cart before proceeding to checkout. While we strive to accommodate your preferred timing, please understand that traffic congestion and driver availability may impact our ability to guarantee precise delivery times.
Delivery Disclaimer: The below delivery rates are for same-day delivery orders placed 2 hours before closing, Monday to Sunday. If you have a same-day delivery that needs to go out after this cut off, please call us to see if we can accommodate.
Delivery Fees
$18 - Deliveries within North Vancouver - V7G, V7H, V7J, V7K, V7L, V7M, V7N, V7P, and V7R.
$30 - Deliveries within West Vancouver - V7S, V7V, and V7T.
Regrettably, our delivery services are currently limited to North Vancouver and West Vancouver areas only.
Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled at least 48 hours before the intended delivery date, and a full refund will be issued. Cancellation of orders made within 48 hours of delivery will be charged in full.

We also don't provide refunds or exchanges for special orders. However, your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. We are dedicated to resolving any concerns and exploring all available solutions to ensure your contentment.
