Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled at least 48 hours before the intended delivery date, and a full refund will be issued. Cancellation of orders made within 48 hours of delivery will be charged in full.

We also don't provide refunds or exchanges for special orders. However, your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us.   1. Flowers in the bouquet may be substituted if unavailable. We'll aim for a similar look and quality. Colors might vary.
  2. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, unavailability of stock, inaccuracies in product descriptions or pricing, or inability to fulfill the order. In such cases, we will promptly notify the customer and issue a full refund.
  3. Our sample bouquet posted on the website is subject to seasonal availability.
  4. We need advance notice for custom arrangements.
  5. Same day flower orders will be based on in-store flower availability.
